BJP leader offers Rs 5 lakh prize for cutting off Kanhaiya's tongue

Kanhaiya made a fiery speech on JNU campus after his release on bail on Thursday saying he wanted ''azadi in India and not azadi from India''. A leader of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has offered Rs 5 Lakh prize for cutting off the tongue of Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union president Kanhaiya Kumar, a media report said today.
Kuldeep Varshney, Badaun District Chief of BJP youth wing, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha or BJYM, said Kanhaiya has been speaking against the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi since he was released on bail Thursday.
"He shouted anti-national slogans in support of a terrorist like Afzal Guru. I will award Rs 5 lakh to the person who cut off Kanhaiya's tongue," Varshney said, as reported by India Today.
